John Davidson Chemistry Bursary at Queen Mary University of London
The John Davidson Chemistry Bursary at Queen Mary University of London is a means-tested undergraduate scholarship for students studying a Chemistry degree. For the 2025/2026 academic year, four bursaries are available, each with a value of £1,250 per year for the duration of the course.
Eligibility Criteria of John Davidson Chemistry Bursary:
- The applicants must be enrolled in the first year of a Chemistry degree starting in September 2025.
- Applicants must be permanent residents of the City of London, Tower Hamlets, Newham, or Hackney for at least three years, or have attended the Drapers' Academy Sixth Form in the London Borough of Havering.
- Applicants must be assessed by Student Finance England (SFE) as having a household income of GBP 42,875 or less.
Application Process: Applying for a standard Queen Mary Bursary is sufficient; a separate application for the John Davidson Chemistry Bursary is not necessary. Household income is assessed during the UK government student finance application process.
