Warren and Mahoney Māori and Pasifika Scholarship for MIA and Master of Architecture Professional at Victoria University of Wellington

Established in 2021 by Warren and Mahoney, this scholarship supports Māori and Pasifika students passionate about Architecture and Design, promoting diversity in the profession. It offers opportunities to build skills and connect with the industry. Open to 4th or 5th-year students in the Master of Interior Architecture or Master of Architecture (Professional) at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.

Eligibility Criteria of Warren and Mahoney Māori and Pasifika Scholarship for MIA and Master of Architecture Professional:

1. Applicants must be Māori and/or Pasifika and intending to enrol in their 4th or 5th year (Part 1 or Part 2) of the Master of Interior Architecture or Master of Architecture (Professional) at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
2. The scholarship is for the year following the application.

Selection Criteria: The donor is looking for an individual who demonstrates a flair for design and innovation, along with good communication and relationship skills.

Application Process: A completed online application must be submitted on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

Award: NZD 5,000.

Note: 

1. The value of this scholarship is NZD 5,000 (a summer internship may also be organised directly with Warren and Mahoney).
2. The successful recipient must write a letter of thanks to the donor of this scholarship.
